Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all Australian and New Zealand orders over $250*. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping rate of $9.90 applies. Express shipping costs are $19.9 per order.

Orders placed and paid before 14:00 will be shipped the same business day. During busy periods it may take up to 2 business days to ship your order. Parcels will be shipped and delivered by Australia Post.
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days*.

We offer free collection in the Southern Highlands. Once your order is ready to collect we will send you an email with the pick up address.
